“A really bad experience”
+The room was big
−Everything was broken, the bedroom door, the sink, the window. The TV had a problem with the volume, the water was really bad taste and the people working at the hotel were really not pleasant. And the most important thing is the heating system was not working and it was really cold. The workers gave us a small room heater but it wasnt really enough.

−Интроверт это не значит мизантроп! К моему несчастью столкнулась в лице, находившегося на ресепции человека, с неприкрытой грубостью в обращении по форме и неуважением прав и интересов гостя по существу, заплатившего за 12 часов пребывания в отеле 55 евро.

“Soggiorno eccellente, organizzazione impeccabile e staff gentilissimo!”
+Mi sono trovato veramente benissimo e consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole e senza pensieri! Ciò che ho apprezzato maggiormente è il modo in cui è gestito tutto: l’organizzazione è davvero ottima e ogni dettaglio è pensato per rendere il soggiorno il più comodo e funzionale possibile. Il letto è molto comodo, la televisione è grande e gli spazi sono ben organizzati. Ho trovato particolarmente comodo il sistema di accesso tramite codici digitali, che permette di entrare e uscire senza dover portare con sé una chiave e avere la preoccupazione di perderla. È una soluzione pratica, moderna e intelligente, che rende tutto più semplice. Un altro aspetto che merita di essere sottolineato è la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff, sempre cordiale e pronto ad aiutare. Nel complesso, mi sono sentito davvero a mio agio e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto dell’esperienza.
−Se proprio devo trovare qualche piccolo difetto, la doccia era aperta e non disponeva di una porta o di una vetrata per chiuderla, quindi l’acqua tendeva a finire sul pavimento. Inoltre, le finestre non erano disponibili. Per quanto riguarda le finestre ero già al corrente prima del soggiorno, quindi non ci sono state sorprese e non hanno minimamente compromesso la mia esperienza. Nonostante questi piccoli aspetti, mi sono trovato davvero bene e consiglio assolutamente la struttura!

+Muy buena ubicación en el centro de Sofia, cerca de transporte público, y fácil acceso al alojamiento. El cuarto tenía todas las necesidades básicas para una buena estadía corta.

+El alojamiento está muy muy bien situado y está limpio , te ofrecen café , té etc y ese tipo de detalles que siempre gusta al cliente .

Mi experiencia fue pésima porque tuve la mala suerte que me tocó una habitación la número 104 , que da a un patio interior en el que hay un motor que está funcionando todo el día y la noche . Esa noche fue la peor noche que he pasado en un hotel , no pude pegar ojo . temblaban hasta las paredes , un infierno . Hablé con el encargado para que me cambiase de habitación y du respuesta literal fue la figuiente “ In the city center of Sofia it is usually very noisy. Especially on the boulevard. In the night is pretty calm and it is comfortable.” “Come tomorrow morning around 8, we can check another room, may be “ Al día siguiente , me cambiaron a la 404 , que era también ruidosa pero menos que la 104, puesto que daba también al patio interior pero más alejada del motor que estaba en la planta baja . Lo que más me molestó es que el encargado , que es perfecto conocedor de que esas habitaciones son ruidosas por el motor , te tomen por tonto y te digan que esas habitaciones son ruidosas por el tráfico de la avenida . Resumiendo , ajo mi punto de vista si te toca una habitación distinta a las 104, 204, 304 o 40
