“Super location, very clean and comfortable. Good communication from host.”
+Wonderful location in the heart of the old town, open the front door and you’re stepping onto the cobbled streets with orecchiette being made two doors down from the property. Good facilities, clean and comfortable.
−Air conditioning didn’t appear to be very effective but thankfully the weather wasn’t too hot.

−Più attenzione alle pulizie e a chi deve pulire. Siamo arrivati alle 15 circa la camera non era stata pulita abbiamo pensato ad un ritardo ma al rientro tardo pomeriggio nulla era cambiato abbiamo contattato il proprietario che ha inviato a detto alle pulizie

+Beliggenheten var veldig bra. Sengen var komfortabel. Det var litt mat og drikke tilgjengelig. Litt pasta, olje, salt, kaffe..osv. Det var veldig bra. Kontaktpersonen som vi kommuniserte med var også veldig hyggelig.
−Det kunne godt vært litt mer kjøkkenutstyr. For eksemper litt flere store kopper til de av oss som drikker kaffe og te fra store kopper. Men det som fungerte dårligst var aircondition. Den var påskrudd, men virket ikke. Det var mye varmere inne i leiligheten enn ute på gata..Men alt i alt så var vi veldig fornøyd med Mari home, og dersom aircondition blir reparert, så kommer vi gjerne tilbake

“Far from a great stay”
+The only positive aspects were the smart TV and the toiletries provided.
−We had agreed on a check-in time with the owner in advance, but upon arrival we discovered that the apartment had not been cleaned at all after the previous guests. The cleaners arrived only an hour and a half later, and they did not have the keys, so we had to go back and return them to them. Because of this situation, we ended up spending an additional three hours outside in the intense heat. We at least expected the apartment to be in good condition after it had been cleaned. Unfortunately, it smelled strongly of mustiness, there was mold in the bathroom, dirt in the wardrobe, and the toilet was also not in good condition. The cleaning appeared to have been done very carelessly. The night was unpleasant as well,the air conditioning was practically useless because we think the opening for the exhaust hose had been cut into the shutters in such a way that the hose did not fit into it at all . The warm air therefore circulated in the space between the shutters and the door. There was 31° all night according to the air conditioner. We understand that mistakes can happen, but after spending three unplanned hours outside in the heat, we would have expected at least some effort to comp

“Un espacio cómodo”
+El alojamiento era agradable y cómodo. Tenía espacio amplio y un buen baño. Está a pocos pasos de la Basílica de San Nicolás.
−La dirección no era exactamente la que indica Booking y como no tenía conexión de Internet, no pude recibir a tiempo la dirección correcta y eso significó tener que dar vueltas por la zona sin poder encontrarlo. Esa información se debe proporcionar con más tiempo. Finalmente con la ayuda de otras personas logré contactarme con mi anfitrión, quien me vino a buscar personalmente y me llevó al alojamiento. Un par de cosas estaban colocadas un poco altas para mí. Le falta luz, ya que no cuenta con ventanas.

+Mieszkanie w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji i to jest jego największy atut. Wyposażenie też bardzo dobre, czysto i miło. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem, w miarę szybko rozwiązany problem.
−Największym problemem było to, że nasze mieszkanie nie było posprzątane na czas. Łóżko okropnie skrzypi. Mieszkanie dosyć głośne, w szczególności w weekend wieczorami, jeśli wylatujesz następnego dnia wcześnie rano to może być problem z zaśnięciem. Brakowało podstawowych rzeczy do zmywania naczyń, wentylacja w łazience słaba więc ręczniki były wiecznie mokre, dość ciemno bo mieszkanie nie ma okien tylko duże drzwi.
