+The location was good, it's about a 9-minute walk from the city center, and the walk is well populated and feels safe. I had no problem walking back at night. I actually liked being slightly outside the center because the city center can get very busy and crowded. The room is technically in a basement, which initially worried me when I arrived, but it turned out to be absolutely fine. It was very well ventilated, there was no musty smell at all, and the air conditioning was very powerful. The room also had a little window, was beautifully decorated, and had plenty of space to put my things. The bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean. The cleaning staff was excellent. I also really appreciated the beach towels and umbrellas available to borrow, which was a great touch.
−The only thing I would recommend improving is having some kind of drying rack in the bathroom. Since the room is in a basement and doesn't have a regular window with outdoor space, there isn't really anywhere to dry swimsuits, beach towels, etc. Other than that, 10/10. I loved my stay and would definitely recommend it.

+Everything was really nice. the hosts were very nice. there was a nice balcony, and the room had a beach towel/ombrella to use. About a 5 min walk to the beach. the room was clean and very nice. The only thing that bothered me was the fragrance machines, which i unplugged. A minor allergy when there is too many. Not a problem really.

+The accommodation is top-notch and fully equipped, from beach towels to a stocked minibar and coffee. The location and the owner’s helpfulness are 10/10. We had some trouble with the train on our way back to Lampezia, and the owner immediately helped us out. The apartment was spotless, and the rooftop terrace was amazing it has such a great vibe.

+Обичам това място. Беше супер чисто и ново. Домакините се бяха погрижили за всичко - кафе машина, кана за топла вода, леки закуски, чай, кафе, сок, вода. Имаше плажни кърпи и чадъри, дори обувалка. Е, можеше да има и тирбушон:D Понеже стаите са в приземен етаж, дневната светлина е недостатъчна, но кой си стои в стаята, когато е на пътешествие... Почистваше се всеки ден. Леглата и възглавницете бяха едни от най-удобните, на които сме спали. А терасата на покрива е толкова сладка и уютна... Удоволствие е да си пиеш кафето или виното там. Домакините бяха много любезни, отзивчиви, отговориха на всичките ни въпроси и ни помогнаха по всякакъв начин, така че престоят ни да е приятен и пълен. WiFi в стаите е добър, на терасата е слаб. +Wspaniała obsługa i codzienna, niezwykle dokładna praca pani sprzątającej. Każdego ranka pokój był starannie sprzątany, łóżko ścielone, a ręczniki wymieniane na świeże. Czułam się naprawdę jak na wakacjach w pięciogwiazdkowym hotelu!
−Jedynym mankamentem był brak dużego okna w pokoju. Rekompensował to jednak wspaniały, fajnie zagospodarowany taras ze stolikami, krzesłami i klimatycznym oświetleniem. To idealne miejsce na spędzanie ciepłych, kalabryjskich wieczorów.

“Fantastisch. Meraviglia 🤩 💛”
+De inrichting en sfeer van de kamer en de accommodatie was fantastisch en heeft mijn verwachtingen overtroffen. Van te voren had ik gevraagd om de gele kamer en die had ik ook gekregen. Ook het gele dakterras was geweldig. Marco, de host was erg behulpzaam, superaardig en responsive. Toen ik ‘s avonds aankwam had Marco voor taralli en andere snacks gezorgd voor een aperitief op het dakterras. Zijn vader en de dame verantwoordelijk voor de schoonmaak die ik tegenkwam waren ook heel aardig. Ten slotte was de ligging erg centraal, a due passi van het strand en centum.
