“Modern living in Belvedere Marittimo”
+A very modern living in a good part of Belvedere Marittimo. We had the possibillity to choose room (they had 3 more) and took a little smaller one but with a bigger balcony to use. The bathroom was very clean and modern. The wifi was working well. It was breakfast included and like the italian way we could go every morning to a bar the other side of the street and choose a sweet bakery and coffee. The host were very kind and picked us up at the trainstation and also drove us back the morning we where leaving. That was appreciated because it was a good distance from the station to the apartment. The historic part of Belvedere is higher up on a steep hill. To get there you can take the local bus that stops just 200 meter from the apartment (at the gas-station). It is very close to the lovely beach (with high waves) and the boardwalk there the locals are gathering nighttime.
−It´s impossible to avoid but you have to be aware that the trains passes by close to the apartment and actually through the whole city. Sometimes that was disturbing. Hard to do anything about of course. Also the same about the neighbour in the apartment beside that drags chairs (or other furniture) over the floor early morning and late night. But he will maybee move out soon...

“Perfect location, great hosts, new and very clean room.”
+Perfect location, great hosts, new and very clean room. The owners were available and helpful all time. We had a bit smaller room but great balcony. I was a little worried that the location near the street would be too noisy, but it turned out that the room was really quiet, which allowed for a good night's sleep.

+Struttura ben ristrutturata, completa di tutto il necessario. Colazione inclusa nel bar di fronte il b&b. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima per chi ha un parente ricoverato presso la casa di cura Tirrenia, ma anche per chi è interessato ad andare a mare, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Inoltre, a piedi sono facilmente raggiungibili anche supermercati, pizzerie, lungomare, ....

“El lugar ideal para hospedarse en Belvedere Marítimo.”
+Todo! La amabilidad de la anfitriona que nos fue a buscar a la estación. Fue tan amable. Nos orientó donde comer y nos dejó su contacto para ubicarla en cualquier momento. La ubicación excelente: en pleno centro y cerca del mar. La habitación era increíble, no me esperaba tanta comodidad y calidez. La cama comodísima y todo el mobiliario súper moderno. Todo a nuevo. Impecable. Todo perfecto. El desayuno es frente al hotel. Riquísimos croisants. En fin, superó largamente mis expectativas.
