“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Hotel - Luxury, Relaxation and Outstanding Hospitality”
+The perfect place to get away, relax and destress. We loved relaxing in the private beach cabanas with amazing food and drinks service, enjoying the soothing sound of the sea, after being pampered with spa treatments. Excellent service from the restaurant managers' and chefs' efforts to accommodate food allergies. Mardan Palace offers a a great balance of activities for children, including babies, and relaxation for adults. A heartfelt thank you to all staff. Special thanks to the senior management team, whose excellent leadership and support are clearly reflected in the hotel’s outstanding service and hospitality. wholeheartedly recommend Mardan Palace. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated and would return again.

−One area that could be improved is the condition of the rooms. We appreciate the hotel’s beautiful classical style and the effort the team puts into maintaining it, but some areas are showing their age. The doors, walls, and wooden details would benefit from renovation and restoration. Although the rooms are clean, these signs of wear can affect the overall feeling of freshness and cleanliness. A thoughtful renovation while preserving the hotel’s classic character would make the experience truly exceptional.

“Kids Club a great asset”
+Great kids club. Our son (4 yo) was here for 3 hours and had a great time. Allowed us adults to have a bit of quiet at the bar :) would definitely recommend

“Delicious Fish Restaurant”
+Excellent food the best food in the resort. The Aqua Marine restaurant was a delight it is clear the chef loves food and cooking. The service from the team was great. Highly recommended!

“Still in top”
+Although in doesn’t have the best location for sightseeing outside its perimeter, it is still a great resort that offers great views and atmosphere, being huge and replicating parts of the great city of Istanbul. The room we stayed in (pool view) was in ottoman style, clean, luxurious with a huge terrace and bathroom. Excellent value per money, the hotel is is still in our personal top, along Barut Lara and Voyage Belek. International drinks, starbucks, glass drinks, good food. Work of art sweets. The staff is professional and there are no tip boxes, but they can receive tips. we had the surprise to get back a tip of 2 euros being considered too small but it will not diminish our satisfaction with the service.

“We didn't like everything.”
+My husband, two daughters, and I stayed at the hotel. Everything was wonderful. The territory is very spacious, and we enjoyed strolling around in the evenings. The rooms are comfortable. There are some issues with housekeeping, but that's not a big deal. The food in the restaurant was varied. They occasionally have theme nights, like Turkish cuisine or fish nights. There's also a bistro open 24 hours, so if you happen to miss dinner or lunch, grabbing a bite there is no problem. In the evenings, there was a wonderful and vibrant show program. After the show, we were always invited to the Beach Club, where the event continued. I didn't like one thing: the entertainment staff was pushy at times, pulling us by the hand onto the dance floor after we'd already said no once or twice. The hotel is high enough to treat guests this way; in my opinion, it's very tactless. We just wanted to relax and listen to music. The entertainment staff can entertain us with their dancing, not necessarily forcing us to dance, that made us feel uncomfortable!

“Disappointing stay”
+Disappointed in the hotel found it to be very unhygienic and not maintained. The hotel is very run down with very visible broken taps, broken pool tiles, dirty carpets and chairs. The one toilet that is around the pool is down a flight off stairs and is not regularly cleaned. The standard of the room is not up to five star standard and has not been updated or maintained. Service around the pool with QR code didn't work as poor to no WiFi connection so waited 30 minutes for drinks that never came. Very disappointing

“Second visit”
+This was our second time visiting Mardan Palace, having absolutely loved it last year. Last year everything felt perfect, so we were really excited to return and overall, we still had a fantastic holiday. The biggest disappointment this time was how much the hotel seemed to have aged in just one year. We noticed tiles coming away around the pool, paint falling from the ceilings and various areas looking a little tired. There were quite a few things I could mention, and it was a shame to see as the hotel was so immaculate last year. We were also disappointed with the food this time around, particularly at the beef restaurant. Unfortunately, it just didn’t feel like the same experience we had last year. That being said, we genuinely cannot fault the staff. They are AMAZING and really do make the hotel what it is. A special mention to the guys behind the bar next to the walkway by the pool we stayed in a swim-up room and they were even sending drinks over the bushes to the kids! They were brilliant and always so friendly. The beach cabanas were, once again, amazing. The staff there were fantastic too. Even in unbelievably hot temperatures, they remained so happy, attentive and accommo
