“Heaven for kids and also a vacation for adults”
+Heaven for kids - animals are definitely our favorite- the golden goat bridge, llama, alpaca, rabbits, chickens etc - and even with all the farm animals on site, the entire hotel is extremely clean; we loved our room; comfortable, convenient, and has everything we needed; food was amazing + great wine selection - we didn’t use the Kindercare but people there seem great - overall we loved the place - will definitely come back
−Nothing

+I liked the fact that everything was designed with children in mind. The children were delighted. I liked the food, although the selection was limited, but there was always something suitable for both adults and children. I also appreciated that the hotel was located within an hour's walk from beautiful scenery, making it accessible to children. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The outside area was very interesting for kids and their parents, with all animals, really cool playground, racing bicycles etc.
−The furniture in the rooms is a bit old and unpleasant. There was also a lack of cleanliness, possibly due to the old furniture or the large number of flies in the room when we first checked in. We opened the windows and drove the flies away, but we occasionally found dead flies in the corners, which was not very pleasant considering that the children mostly played on the floor.
