+We received a warm welcome from the host and were shown to our room. The hosts have been very helpful throughout our stay, assisting us with renting a scooter and arranging transportation. They kindly offered us a delicious omelette for dinner and a lovely breakfast, both free of charge. This place has a wonderful atmosphere, and we can highly recommend staying here. If we get the opportunity, we will definitely come back!

+I had a wonderful stay at PeterLand. It's a very cozy property with a beautiful garden. My room was comfortable and clean. The beach is just 5mins away and it's probably the best beach in the area, almost like a little private beach for yourself. The people in the area are also very polite and lovely. Maria and Jiji made me feel at home and helped me with any enquiries, like food, bike, washing and backwaterstour. I am very happy to have found such a nice place on my journey. Definetly recommend!

“Lovely Friendly Homestay.”
+Peter and Maria were very friendly and helpful hosts. To be greeted with home-made lemonade was lovely. The breakfasts, and Maria's glasses of tea, were excellent. It was pleasant to be able to sit outside our room in comfortable chairs, looking at the garden. Information about buses and onward rail travel was very helpful. The area nearby was an interesting taste of rural Kerala.
−The electrics were a bit unreliable.
