“Great apartment and location, ugly building and street.”
+Very new, clean, and bright. Location to cafes, Theatro, and a few other attractions is fantastic.
−The building is ugly. The street is mixed - ugly old buildings, graffiti everywhere but there is an expensive furniture shop opposite our building.

“Disturbed sleep, , broken lift, felt an unsafe area but nice interior to the property.”
+Clean and comfortable.
−The location and building, although central, is dilapidated and dirty and felt very unsafe with questionable men hanging round on the same corner for hours in the evening staring at my wife and I as we walked to the property each time we left or arrived. The lifts were out of order (reports of this in the past also) and my wife was unwell so climbing so many floors was quite an effort, it’s a lot of stairs. Then there was the noise. It was a loud drainage related noise like flushing every 5 minutes that echoed very close to the bed. By midnight we’d had enough messaged the host who said he had no idea, oddly enough it stopped after we’d mentioned it? Sleep was terrible.

“A very comfortable and quiet stay in an excellent central location with lovely hosts.”
+We booked two suites which were next door to each other. Both suites were perfect for our needs. Modern, bright, very quiet with balconies. Everything was well maintained and extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable and the electric shutters were a big bonus. Communication with Stefano and his wife was immediate. They could not have been more helpful and accommodating; permitting us to check-in earlier.

“Excellent and modern location!”
+Place Maqueda Suites was excellent! Located in the center of Palermo few steps from the Via Maqueda the great main street with lots of coffee shops, restaurants and historical sights. Very clean with modern equipment. You can explore city easily by foot because apartment is in the city center, but also you can rest because it is on a quiet road. Thank you very much Mr. Stefano and your beautiful wife Elizabeta for being so great host to us. Thank you for all great instructions and inputs where to go and what to visit. Many thanks also to the taxy driver Francesco, who drove us everywhere and explained the history and locations of Palermo along the way. Thank you ☺️👌 High recommendations for the apartment, and the hosts Mr. Stefano and Ms. Elizabeta.

+La situation est exceptionnelle, à côté de l’animation mais très calme. Le logement est très propre, neuf et bien équipé. Les deux petits balcons à ont un plis.
