“Met the owner and he was extremely nice and helpful with information on places to eat and visit.”
+Room was very clean, which is very important to us.
−The bathroom was extremely small. The shower was almost impossible to use it was so small and we are not over weight people.

+I loved the location
−I did not like the small bathroom or small TV I also didn't like learning the water may cause swimmers itch.

“Maple Lane was clean, quiet, and safe. It was a great and affordable family stay!”
+The staff was wonderful. Anytime I had a question or needed anything they were happy to help. The property was clean and well maintained. It was a convenient location for going to Empire or Glen Haven. It was short walk to the lovely little lake nearby which the hotel kept stocked with kayaks and paddle boards.
−The check in and check out process were a little confusing but it was fine.

“Just what we needed!”
+The location was just what we needed and they made check in exceptionally easy! The small refrigerator with a freeze was a nice surprise since I did not see it listed as an option.
−The bathroom was a little small but that was not really a problem. I just wish the door had a secondary security option, maybe something like a chain.

+Locatio in proximity for our travel agenda. . Kitchenette included was a plus.
−Organized Family/friends reunion was on premise, noisier than we anticipated. Quiet time rule was posted as 11pm which is too late, should be 9pm, or 10pm at latest. Sloped walls by the beds, you can, and we did, hit our heads walking by. Could use a little updating our hotel in Silver Lake was $100 less per night and more updated so this seemed over priced.

“Excellent location, clean and comfortable!”
+Cute, classic motel that’s just a quick walk from the water. Quiet, with nice amenities on the property.
−Spiders in the bathroom, but we managed.

“Great value great location”
+The staff was very responsive and helpful answering my questions. They have a dock nearby and free paddle boards and kayaks for guests to use. We had a lot of fun. The location is great, convenient to everything.
−The mattress is a bit saggy on one side.
