“Unique small boutique resort”
+Small family run boutique resort. The food, drinks and smothie bowls at the bar were excellent, everyday surf instructors available, ding repairs available, swimming pool on your cabin doorstep. Friendly and efficient staff. Daily room cleaning. Well positioned in the heart of General Luna.
−Could be noisy at night till 22:00 due to nearby hostel parties. The five A frame bungalows are in close proximity which affect individual privacy.

+Such a cool place with a cool vibe. The lodges are beautiful! There is no air conditioning but the three fans do their job. The jungle bathroom is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is super helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast is delicious

“Just excellent. I understand why people repeat return”
+As a solo traveller this place is ideal. It’s like being welcomed into the family straight away. The cabins were beautiful and so homely. I booked a package of surf lessons with the drone and it was excellent. I also added on some surf skate sessions with Jack and I would recommend to anyone, I had so much fun!
−I personally struggled to sleep on a couple of nights just because of the heat and the lack of A/C. I had 3 fans on but they were just circulating the hot air.

+L'endroit est vraiment magique. La piscine est trop belle. Les chambres sont particulierement bien décorées et très agréables malgré l'absence d'air conditionnée (3 ventilateurs dans la chambre!) Le restaurant est super bon !! Et les cours de surf se font dans une super ambiance avec 3 cours par jour, de quoi trouver son bonheur. Je ne peux que recommander !
−Le logement reste cher par rapport à ce qu'on peut trouver à GL. Mais ça valait le coup je suis contente d'y avoir séjourné quelques jours !

+Un établissement tout simplement magnifique, avec une atmosphère qui invite immédiatement à la détente. Les petits déjeuners sont délicieux et copieux, et le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours attentionné et prêt à aider. Une très belle expérience, je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

“Lugar muy recomendable”
+Lo mejor del hotel es su personal, siempre con una sonrisa y una muy buena predisposición a ayudarte. Somos una familia de 4 y nos alojamos en dos de los tres bungalows operativos en ese momento (hay obras en otros dos bungalows). Estuvimos fenomenal durante nuestra estancia. Los bungalows y el baño tenían todo lo necesario para una corta estancia. Tienen una escuela de surf y el lugar se anima con los monitores y los jóvenes que vienen a tomar sus clases. Mis hijas hicieron su bautizo de surf aquí y la experiencia valió mucho la pena. Se respira muy buen ambiente en el Mao Mao Surf, rápidamente te sientes a gusto con el staff y con los otros huéspedes. Y por las noches pudimos dormir sin problemas de ruido. Por último, no quiero olvidarme del bar (únicamente abierto hasta las 3pm, una pena) que sirve unos smoothie bowls, batidos, pancakes de plátano y otros platos que estaban buenísimos. Nos faltaron días para seguir disfrutando de ellos!
−Desgraciadamente, durante nuestra estancia hacía muchísimo calor en Siargao y, a pesar de los tres ventiladores con los que cuentan los bungalows, no fue suficiente y pasamos calor. Más allá de esta situación, el resto fue perfecto.
