“It’s was ok . Rooms clean staff friendly.”
+Good location
−The buffet breakfast was not too good. Mushrooms burnt, bacon oily and dry, chia pudding runny, food had been sitting there for a long time , bread was stale. The only fresh thing was the orange juice . For the price we paid it was definitely not worth it .

+I liked the location as it was very close to the train station and the Westfield Mall. Within walking distance. The rooms were comfortable and clean but bathroom was a bit outdated.
−I didn't like that we didn't get a single room service for the 3 nights we stayed! We had to go searching for towels as we had used our towels for 2 days and they just weren't drying fast enough. I though a daily room service would've been nice.

“me and my husband will definitely come again if there's another game at Commbank stadium.”
+we loved that the location was close to everything. we came to watch Tonga Vs Samoas game and it was close to everything! the Mall, the stadium.
−just missing a treadmill in the gym and maybe add some sanitiser in there too so we're able to wipe it down after use.

“Not pleasant stay”
+Location and convenient
−Not clean. In one room, there was blood stain in the bedsheet. Before vacating the property at 9.45am, cleaners walked in started vacuuming while we were inside. No refilling for milk, auger and coffee. Not cleaned for four days.

“I would probably stay again but not waste money including the breakfast”
+Staff lovely. Location brilliant.
−Place is a bit run down in places. Carpet in hallway level 4 stinks and heavily stained. Door on fridge broken. Breakfast buffet is cold and not very nice especially for the price needs a lot of improvement

−Our room was older and didn’t reflect the newer photos on the website. The spa was also not very clean and also was quite run down
