“Good location, not very clean”
+Great location, right across to the beach and central to the whole town
−Lift not working, cleaning trolley abandoned the entire night on the second floor getting in the way of walkway. Felt dirty in general. Bed sheets were dirty upon arrival, stained with dark brownish spots. Unsure if was dried up blood, chocolate, poo, or something else. Called the reception to have the sheets changed before leaving for dinner, upon return sheets where unchanged, they had just left a new set of sheets (guess it was their kind way of saying: “change it yourself if you want clean sheets”)

“Disappointing stay, as my room and view preferences were ignored despite being clearly mentioned”
+Location and cafes
−I have visited this resort before, but unfortunately, this time the service was disappointing. During the booking process, I had clearly mentioned my room and view preferences, but the receptionist completely ignored my request. It was frustrating to have my preferences overlooked despite informing the team in advance. I expected better service and attention to guest requests, especially based on my previous experience at the resort. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer service.

“An enjoyable stay with wonderful facilities.”
+Wonderful facilities and spacious rooms. Location is excellent with the beach and Main Street right on the doorstep. Buffet breakfast was excellent
−Air conditioner not working in bedroom which was reported but no action was taken. Also the duck droppings everywhere could be cleaned more regularly as it made it difficult to utilise the beautiful grassed areas.

“Definitely value for money, clean, comfortable and well situated.”
+Room had recently been renovated and was clean well proportioned and very comfortable. The outlook was pleasant and access was extremely easy as it was on the ground floor. Although there were renovations taking place it was outstandingly peaceful and quiet. There were amazing amenities.
−I felt breakfast was expensive
