“Room without shower enclosure - high risk of electric shock”
+The location was good.
−1/10 - DANGEROUS, FLOODED & ABANDONED - AVOID! Paid 100% in advance and the owner disappeared for all 4 nights. Listing is misleading - it hides the real bathroom with NO shower enclosure and NO floor drain. After every shower the entire bathroom floor was completely flooded with water, impossible to use. Biggest issue: HIGH RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK in the bathroom. I sent photos/videos immediately. Owner saw messages and ignored ALL calls and messages for 4 days straight (proof attached). I've also raised complaint with Booking customer service and their approach was very good and professional. I don't recommend this accommodation.

“Nice accom, but very noisy”
+Decor in the room was lovely, as was the shower water pressure! Shutter on the window is a great blackout curtain. Location is good for access to the train station and the area is very walkable. Lots of venues to eat immediately around and cafes within walking distance.
−Noise from the other guests as they arrived. The whole building is additionally under construction so lots of noise during the day and early starts. Balcony was shared with the room nextdoor, so had to keep the blinds drawn and shutter down during the evening. No bedding, only a flat sheet. Not a hot shower, just luke warm. Telly is mounted to the wall at the foot of the bed, so I constantly walked into it.

“Great location but noisy”
+It was renovated and the bathroom was nice, the location,the staff was very helpful. They respond immediately and good communication.
−It did have hot water, the bed was uncomfortable, the veranta was common with a another room and had to keep the door and curtain closed. The bed sheets were not ironed and looked used.The worse is the noise.There are a lot of noises in the building and you can hear a lot of them.They are doing some construction and they woke me up very early.

+-Comunicarea buna cu personalul. Au fost foarte draguti. -Camera si baia mari -Amplasarea aproape de gara, pt ca am calatorit ch transport in comun.
−Pe unul dintre peretii din camera, in partea de jos, cazuse tencuiala. Probabil de la o ploaie abundenta.

+Dobrá lokalita, venkovní hluk nebyl tak hrozný, na to že je ubytovaní hned u centrálního nádraží, narozdíl od hluku spolubydlících přes chodbu :D Vyzdvihnout musím ručníkový servis, který byl na vysoké úrovni.
−Komunikace před ubytováním byla špatná. Neodpovídají na dotazy. Nicméně pokyny, které byly posléze zaslány k check-in byly srozumitelné. V posteli dále chyběly spodní rošty.

“Nu recomand”
−Am am ajuns la adresa de pe booking unde proprietarul ne-a dat o altă adresă decât cea online ( muuult mai departe ) a venit un domn foarte dubios care abea vorbea ( mirosea a transpirație oribil ! În apartament în baie era o bucată de gresie spartă , și era o curățenie superficială
