“Pretty on the outside, awful on the inside”
+The camp itself is really pretty, it is a really unique place to stay and the concept of a camp site hotel with igloo shaped rooms next to a river is super cool. The lights that turn on at night make the outside look super cozy and pretty. I really enjoyed the movie they played outside next to the campfire. But there are so many negatives that it weighs over the positives unfortunately, I feel like if they just fixed the issues it would be an amazing place to stay in but the issues aren’t fixed. I’m also giving it negatives because it’s built at the end of a small town and hotels like these are what kill small towns, they hurt them. So while this place is pretty I would find it even more pretty if it was allowed property for the residents who lived there for generations before this hotel was built.
−The rooms smell so much like chlorine, if you get nausea easily this isn’t a great idea The rooms are humid and the floors are made out of wood so there is mold We went December 28th and it was FREEZING. Your room is not guaranteed a WORKING heater and if the heaters do work they do not properly heat up the entire igloo even after keeping it on for two hours straight. If you sleep on the top bunk which is on top of the bathroom btw there is a chance there is no heater up there They give you extra blankets and they have to come make the top bunk. BRING YOUR OWN BLANKETS. If you are sleeping on the top bunk you will only get 2 blankets to sleep with and the chance of no heater. For me at least, I slept on the main bottom bed and had the heater facing me the entire time all night and slept with two other people and I was still freezing. You do not get to choose which igloo you get assigned, and the WiFi barely works. If you get an igloo next to the river the white noise of the river IS nice. But you have 0 WiFi connection I am not sure if this is just a seasonal issue but the sink water was actually freezing. Like I flinched at how cold it was More on the water issue, the shower water

−No aplica.

“Linda experiencia”
