+Excellent location a few min walk from the main road and from Termas de Papallacta. Liz is fantastic and loves to have a chat with the guests. You can eat at the lodge or at the nearby restaurants. I stayed in the van, which is big enough for a bed and toilet. It also has a heater. I travelled during low season so it was very quiet.
−Be mindful it is not in the town centre.

“Excellent stay near hot springs and hiking trails.”
+The view of Antisana volcano was incredible. The lodge had a very homey feel to it. Fellow travelers and staff were incredibly friendly.
−The bathroom in the room could be more private.

“Unique and beautiful lodge with great staff and great breakfast”
+Beautiful and unique property built from recycled materials with an amazing flair. We loved staying here!
−The room for three people was quite small. We still loved our stay though

+This hotel was great. The design is a lot of fun and seems really well thought out, the room was a good size with a nice view, and the staff were very responsive to questions and accommodating to us letting them know that our bus was running late. The location is perfect if you're going to the hot springs up the hill from the highway, and there are a few different restaurant options right there too.
−Our bathroom was a little tiny, but it worked well. The sink even had a floss dispenser, which we thought was interesting. I know some reviews mention that the rooms can get some noise from the hallways, but we didn't notice that.
