10.0“Excellent stay and lovely hosts”
+The BnB is an excellent option for a stay on the Amalfi coast. Andrea and his dad who manage the BnB are lovely hosts. Andrea got in touch soon after booking to make sure we have all the information and stayed in touch until we got to the place. We drove to Amalfi and I have to warn that the road to Amalfi is along some very hilly and extremely winding paths that are quite narrow. Andrea kindly arranged for us to park our rental car for free - we travelled to all places on the Amalfi coast mainly by bus and sometimes ferries - and this is the advisable way to get around. Malu BnB has 2 bus stops right outside the property and Alfonso - Andrea's dad can help with bus tickets if you dont want to use the app. Alfonso always greeted us with a smile every morning serving lovely breakfast on the terrace. He used to be a chef and that reflects in the amazing bruschettas and omlettes that we had every morning. We had some great conversations with him about growing up in Amalfi. The BnB is in Pogerlo - a 15 minute bus ride from the Amalfi port. The Pogerlo town centre is a 5 minute walk from the BnB and has a couple of shops and a few restaurants which is very handy. I would certainly recom

10.0“Excellent place & excellent hosts, cosy place to stay with good value.”
+Location was perfect with an excellent view. Besides, the hosts Andrea and his dad, Alfonso were wonderful and excellent. They were acting so friendly and even giving all advise about 'what to do / how to do' the Amalfi Coast. I could not imagine to receive such support. The location is also very good for commuting by having bus stops in few minutes walk.

10.0“Magnificent.”
+Hospitality of the hoste was at the highest level. The apartmant is new and very clean! He gave us recommendations about the restaurants and thinks to do along the Amalfi coast. The owner is an exelent Chef, every morning he bakes freshly traditional cake. The breakfast is also very diverse and tasty. It is served on the terrace with a breathtaking view. There are 2 bus stops just 10 meter away. For sure we will return! Next year the owner will also have cooking classes, since he was a chef fifteen years. We highly recommend.

10.0“Homely, authentic Italy, hidden gem.”
+Amazing place to stay - a family run, authentic Italian air BnB. Pogerola is a hidden gem, with amazing restaurants just up the hill and a true ‘real Italy’ vibe. The room itself was lovely - very comfortable, sizely, and a fantastic view. The home baked breakfast each morning was delicious, and Andrea exceptional in communication and reception. Would absolutely stay here again if I return to Amalfi.
−It’s not something we didn’t like, but just something to note. This isn’t set in Central Amalfi. You do need to catch a bus to arrive. The bus stop is right out the front and Andrea was exceptionally helpful in helping us learn how to navigate this. Not a drawback, just an FYI if you want to stay close to town.
