“All you could want”
+Such a lovely spacious loft with all the facilities you could want and so clean. Lovely continental breakfast given and catered for gluten free. Will definitely stay again

−This is not a complaint! We could have done with a bigger fridge as we brought food and drink with staying for 3 days.

“Outstanding”
+We received a very friendly welcome from Robin. The accommodation was great, very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. Breakfast items were in the kitchen and were refreshed every day if required. It was quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.
−There is a metal staircase to access the accommodation but the handrail was almost completely covered by a climbing plant, so it was difficult to use. Perhaps a handrail on the wall would be better.

“5* B&B experience”
+If you are in need of a B&B in this area don't hesitate to book! What an absolutely fantastic find! Spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable bed, excellent shower, perfect! On top of that, it's absolutely fantastic to actually have breakfast included in a B&B booking. Plenty of tea, coffee fresh milk and everything you could want for a continental breakfast including fresh fruit. We only saw Shirley briefly as we were late for a christening but lovely lady and friendly. I could not praise Maltings Loft enough and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend to others. 5*

“Brilliant”
+Everything. Can't comment on host because we barely saw him. This turned out to be a full apartment with breakfast ingredients provided, rather than a traditional B&B, but everything was delicious and very well stocked. High marks. Facility was superb; second floor above garage, with lovely view of gardens.
−Would be helpful to have instructions how to operate the door handle/lock. Quirky operation for anyone unfamiliar with the system. I couldn't make it open from the inside - a bit scary if one had to evacuate in a hurry! Husband figured it out.

+Quiet rural location, well placed for exploring this part of Suffolk. Kitchen well stocked with essentials, handy sized freezer, yoghurts, milk, bread, james, cereals, fruit and fruit juice for breakfast. Comfortable bed with good size bathroom and shower. Spotlessly clean and friendly welcome from Shirley the proprietor.

“First Class overnight stay whilst visiting Snetterton Circuit”
+We stayed here as we were visiting Snetterton Race Circuit for the weekend, Maltings Loft is situated about 30 mins drive from the circuit, which was ideal. We were met on arrival by Shirley, the owner, who showed us around and told us where the nearest takeaways were. (Stanton Fish and Chip shop, 5 mins drive away, was fantastic too!). I must say that she made us feel very welcome! The accommodation is very large, with plenty of room for the two of us, and the furniture is ample and very comfortable. The bed was extremely comfy, and we had to force ourselves to get up, ready for day two at the circuit! Everything was spotlessly clean The continental breakfast provided was just perfect. Pastries, juice, fruit, yoghurts, cereal, bread, butter, jam, marmalade.... could not have asked for anything more. Thank you Shirley for letting us stay, and hopefully we will be back at some point!
