“Enjoyed my stay here very much, thank you!”
+The apartment was clean, cozy and very comfortable. It was very well equipped and had a great balcony. In addition, there was an awesome terrasse on the rooftop with water and coffee machine for shared use. Big thanks again to Yannis, I enjoyed my stay in his accomodation very much!

“Perfect place to stay 😄”
+I really enjoyed my stay in Malia Boutique Studios. It was clean, modern and had a lovely rooftop lounge with sun beds, a hammock, coffee station and a Jacuzzi. As it was in the old town it was away from the business of the strip but if one does feel like going out to the strip it was less than a ten minute walk away from the accommodation. The place was really good value for money and Yiannis was such a kind host and saved the day when I couldn't order a taxi to the airport on my last day so I really appreciated him helping me find one. I highly recommend this accommodation, as I am quite a fussy person and don't like to be in busy locations but I also don't like to walk too far if I feel like venturing so it hit the spot just right. Would definitely stay here again if I were to ever return to Malia in the future.
−The only thing I will say is that some louder guests may arrive as neighbors and can be a little loud at night if it's the busier season-this is to be expected in all places so just bring earplugs for the night time if you are staying during the peak season, I didn't mind as I am a night owl anyway and also Yiannis is responsive so he would also be happy to help if there are any issues.

“Thank you for an amazing stay in old Malia, Yiannis”
+Yiannis is amazing host. He helped us with the luggage, showed where to park (there is no parking directly at the accomodation, but you can access it to comfortably load/unload the car) just a couple of streets away and provided many useful tips like advices about what to visit, where to go or where to eat. Location in Malia old town is perfect and there was probably even less "late night noise incidents" as in the other Malia accomodations. Considering Malia reputation about that, we've slept really well, also thanks to the comfortable bed. Last but not least - the terrace with everything provided there is just amazing! We are definitely looking forward to come back, as soon as possible.

+Stanza molto piccola ma personale veramente gentile. Ci hanno dato a disposizione un piano cottura nella terrazza , visto che la nostra stanza non c'è l'aveva. Molto comodo ed in centro

+Absolument tout. L emplacement..la terrasse..les chambres sont assez confortables et bien équipées. L hôtel est très joli mais la terrasse est juste incroyable. Situé dans le vieux malia c est un plaisir de pouvoir se promener facilement. Un grand merci à Yannis qui a été d une extrême gentillesse. Toujours disponible et il a même pris le temps de nous conseiller pleins d activités et de visites. Nous sommes des habitués de Malia et nous reviendrons très vite dans cet Hôtel. Merci encore à Yannis qui est un hôte exceptionnel
