+We had a pleasant stay at the hotel with friends . The hotel is small but well-organized and clean, and the reception was very respectful. There were some maintenance works during our stay, but they didn’t affect our comfort. The best part was the amazing view of the Pyramids from the rooftop an unforgettable moment , A lovely experience that I highly recommend .

+I stayed at the hotel alone as a woman, and it was a very comfortable and safe experience. The hotel was nice and clean, and I went on some lovely tours from there, including a visit to the Pyramids. I went to the Pyramids with someone from the hotel and took a carriage ride, which was a very enjoyable experience. Tomorrow, I will go on another tour from the hotel.

“This place is a loss-leader for tour upselling. It';s decently clean, but the service is terrible.”
+The location is near the pyramids (it's a very short walk to the entrance) and the price is attractive, but it's really just a loss leader to rope you in for tours.
−They never provided us with towels, we had to hound them and they kept saying they were in the wash before finally throwing their hands up. They try to up-sell you tours (which we did avail ourselves of), but I think they get second-rate not very fluent guides. They would rather lie to you and save face, then give you an inconvenient truth. They didn't just run us around on towels for days, but we only had breakfast half of the time we stayed. One time, the four of us marched all the way up four stories of stairs because we were promised there was breakfast waiting for us on the rooftop, when it simply wasn't true. Also, the area near the pyramid entrance stinks, but it stinks a bit more near this hotel due to a greater amount of animal droppings on this particular street.

+We had a great stay at this hotel with the family. The place is clean and well-organized, and the rooms were very comfortable. The view of the Pyramids from the rooftop is something else - absolutely stunning! The staff also helped us arrange a wonderful trip to the Pyramids. Overall, it was an excellent experience
