+Quick and clear communication from the owner. I had a few issues such as using the key but turns out i was doing it wrong haha. The room was clean and aesthetic. Close to the centro train station which is convient to go to to and from the hotel and attractions within walking distance. Bed was memory foam and very comfortable. The bathroom was great, big mirror and a big rain drop type shower. The balcony was great for some photo taking
−This is nothing against the owner by via roma is quite noisy. However, the owner thought about this and provided some ear plugs, which was very considerate.

“Beautiful rooms and a comfortable stay! A Palermo gem!”
+We very much enjoyed our stay at MaisonNouveau! Super close to the bus and train station so was easy to locate. Check-in was done remotely but a super easy process which all went very smoothly. The apartment block really doesn’t look like it will be anything special from outside - but once you enter the apartment the decor is beautiful. The apartment and rooms look brand new. Everything was so clean and tidy. A beautiful space which we couldn’t fault! Breakfast was also great! A choice of pastries and coffee at the café a short walk away which we could use a coupon for!
−The apartment is located on Via Roma which is a busy road. We found it to be noisy most of the time with the balcony doors open, however this did not feel like a big problem for us as we spent a lot of the time out and about and during the late evening/night we had the baloney doors closed and made use of the air-con!

“Located near the station but it wasn't what we call a B&B.”
+It was close to the station but a reasonable walk to the main sights, The room was clean and comfortable. Ivan, the host, tried his best to be helpful and communicated with us throughout.
−The room had only one chair, no table, and we were only allowed one card/key. This was difficult because if one person went out, s/he had to take the card/key which meant there was no power or light for the person left behind in the room. The WiFi dropped out regularly even when Ivan put us on the stronger connection. We had to walk into the passageway to get a proper connection. Breakfast at the cafe was just adequate.

+Space of the total room was really good. Nice big rain shower in the bathroom. The two person bed was good and comfortable
−The frequency of new/clean towels. Three days in a row with one towel is not enough. But after complaining the management has bring us new towels on our request.
