−The check in and access to hotel and room depends on active internet connection. If that fails it is very difficult to get access. You must provide another way to access the room. The code you provided never worked

“Superb location, space, value, convenience, great staff”
+Beautifully renovated, spacious corner suite handy to Piazza Dante, the Metro station, Spanish quarter and Toledo, the most lively street for walking and shopping. Greta proximity to some of the top-rated pizzerias, Capella Sansevero, and not too far from Galleria Umberto, the castle and Harbour. Staff were helpful, air conditioning and vast windows were lovely. Elevator at street level for suitcases is fantastic, but typical of italy it is slow and the doors must all be closed for it to work. The suite provided 10 c pieces for when the elevator requires payment, but it never did during our stay. Weekends and holidays it is free. Nice continental breakfast, one was delivered, one at the cafe across the street depending on who is open to provide it on the day. Bonus, from the corner suite you can see Vesuvius.

+Stanza ampia e molto pulita, personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Molto apprezzata la colazione, con ottimi prodotti di pasticceria portati direttamente in camera. La posizione è centrale e comodissima per visitare tutte le principali attrazioni della città, permettendo di spostarsi facilmente a piedi. Esperienza molto positiva, struttura consigliata!
−Come piccoli aspetti da migliorare, sarebbe utile avere qualche appendiabiti in più e una luce aggiuntiva in bagno.

“Posizione eccellente, pulizia e personale impeccabili, ma il rumore notturno insopportabile.”
+Posizione davvero ottima, vicinissima alla metro e comoda per raggiungere praticamente tutto a piedi. Camera pulita e confortevole, personale estremamente gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto a rispondere e intervenire tempestivamente per qualsiasi necessità. Sotto questi aspetti, soggiorno davvero eccellente.
−Il problema principale è stato il rumore notturno: la struttura si trova proprio nella via principale della movida giovanile napoletana e, a causa degli infissi praticamente privi di isolamento acustico, era come avere le persone che urlavano direttamente in camera, rendendo impossibile dormire prima delle 3 del mattino. Capisco che il caos esterno non dipenda dalla struttura, ma investire in infissi insonorizzati sarebbe fondamentale, soprattutto considerando il prezzo piuttosto elevato per una notte. Inoltre, il getto d'acqua della doccia era estremamente discontinuo, al punto da interrompersi completamente per diversi minuti: mi è capitato più volte di rimanere insaponata sotto la doccia, anche per cinque minuti, senza che uscisse una goccia d'acqua.

“Eine Oase im turbulenten Neapel!”
+Die Ausstattung des Apartments war genau wie beschrieben. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und während unseres Aufenthalts perfekt betreut. Die tägliche Reinigung und Sauberkeit sind positiv hervorzuheben. Das typisch italienische Frühstück wurde aufs Zimmer serviert und wir haben es sehr genossen. Insgesamt eine absolut empfehlenswerte Wahl !
−Sehr viele Treppen bis zum 2.Stock, Lift eng und nur mit Münzen benutzbar.
