“Charming Hotel in a great location.”
+Great location for visiting Florence. Staff are extremely polite, helpful and friendly. If I return to Florence, I will stay there again without hesitation.
−There was a strong smell from the bathroom drains during our stay, which improved once we ran the water - an apparent issue with the plumbing. It was repaired on the day we were leaving. That said, it did not prevent us from enjoying our stay. The hotel is lovely in every way.

“Gorgeous apartment in an amazing city, highly recommend”
+Loved this accommodation for many reasons. The location was great and it had everything we had expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the place was clean, comfortable and decorated to a high standard. Would definitley return and recommend.

+Location of the hotel was excellent! Staff was wonderful.
−Overpaid for a cold breakfast every morning. Same food choices (buffet style) everyday. Would be okay for a two night stay but absolutely not for anytime longer. First night at hotel we were locked out of our room and had to call someone to come to our room to open the door. And they were off-site I think.

+Everything. The location is excelent, staff and breakfast as well. Beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very spacious.

“Comfortable and a great location”
+It's really clean and big, we liked the walk-in wardrobe. The location is fantastic - literally next to the Santa Croce, and less than 10 mins walk to Duomo, Piazza della Signoria and Uffizi etc.
−We stayed for 6 days and the breakfast is exactly the same choices every day.

+The good things first: the location, the hotel itself and its interiors are beautiful, and the breakfast is quite good.
−Now to the downsides , mainly the hotel management. I told the staff that I wasn’t happy with my room because the air conditioning wasn’t working properly and the room was facing a garbage collection point. I was told they would check the AC, and later they simply said that everything was fine and it was working. I asked if I could see another room in the same category, but was told that they were all the same. The only solution I was offered was to pay for an upgrade if I wanted to change rooms. So instead of trying to find an alternative within the category I had already paid for, I was basically told I could pay more. And that was it. Another strange thing: at check-in, I was asked to write down my card details, including the CVV, on a piece of paper. This is really not something hotels should be asking guests to do anymore. I ended up leaving a cash deposit instead, because writing down all my card details like that honestly didn’t feel safe. Overall, for a hotel of this level, the management really needs to do better. It’s not about expecting everything to be perfect , it’s about paying attention to details, taking guests’ concerns seriously, and making at least some effort to

“What a fabulous experience.”
+The property was very clean. The people were very accommodating and very courteous. They would do just about anything you needed. Make reservations get things done like a concierge for you. The restaurant attached was very excellent. We had a three course meal and left so happy over the experience. Did I say the views are spectacular? Unbelievable. Like being in paradise. The city is so much fun.
−The only thing is that we were booked in Florence and couldn’t say longer.

+房间非常的宽敞，卫生很整洁，出门就是圣十字教堂，里边是伽利略和米开朗基罗的安息处，呼叫车也方便，出门儿有好几趟公交车，可以直接打到车站。前台服务人员也很热情，有问题可以从booking上直接沟通。附近有很多可以吃饭的地方，而且出门右转走个50米，就是主河道很漂亮。
