“Terrible”
+Good location
−The staff was completely unresponsive to our needs. There was no housekeeping done even once during our stay, no staff at the sight to assist with anything. They allotted us a basement airbnb without informing prior- this was very very noisey as it was right under street level, there was no natural sunlight or air and we had a terrible stay. The rooms were also smaller than in pictures and a single washroom with broken or no amenities. The coffee maker was not working so we had to buy our own kettle. Despite reaching out to their number we got no response

−Solo tre piccoli appunti.
