“Great place to stay near historic center of Rome”
+The location was great and the neighborhood was quiet yet provided access to the historical center. Would stay here again
−We got caught up in a marathon that closed off streets, but this was an unusual event, and while it would have been helpful to know about it so we could plan around it, it was not the responsibility of the property

+Easy and convenient, it had all your basic needs. The host was very helpful
−Google maps kept on sending me to a slightly different, but its not host fault as the address is right.

“Great place to stay”
+My stay in this apartment was very nice and cozy. It is situated in a beautiful building on 5th floor. The place had everything one might need - mini fridge, iron, kettle, hair dryer, TV... And free coffee. :) It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Above all, I loved the location. Far from tourist madness but near Vatican, city center, and not so far from Trastevere. Piazza Cavour and Castel Sant' Angelo are few steps away. Vaticano Prati is an interesting area with great cafes, shops and restaurant. I think it is the best quarter to stay in Rome. All in all I loved the stay.
−There was a minor glitch in the begining - I really did not like the disclaimer that I had to sleep elsewhere if I came to the check in after 1 AM. I got a pretty late flight and was not sure I'll make it on time so it was a bit stressful for me (eventhough they reassured me it will be OK). I suggest putting a locker or clearly indicate that check in after 1 AM will not be allowed. Everything else was great.

“My first (and probably only) time in Rome. I'm happy to have chosen this accommodation.”
+The location was excellent for tourists. Walking distance (~15 minutes) to the Vatican and in a good area with plenty of trattoria and other services. Ilenia's communication before checking in was good and she was friendly and helpful when checking in. The room itself was clean. spacious and well set out.

“A good place for anyone wanting to avoid a busy hotel within a prime location”
+The location is AMAZING. Just around the corner from the Vatican. Bus direct from the airport lands you just 5minute walk to the property (avoid the train and metro/walk as more expensive and busy). Inside the property was more modern and clean. Friendly meet at start of the stay with everything explained and rooms cleaned daily. Provision of little bits in the room - shower stuff and water/coffee. Beds are super comfy and location quiet at night.
−In the room itself some areas need attention, areas of floor coming away/cracked and shower missing handles. This I wouldn’t expect for the price I paid. Also serious lack of plug sockets - you have to either unplug a light or the tv to have a cup of tea. Could have been clearer that it’s on the 5th floor. It’s located in an older building with an old style lift so if you have a phobia of it breaking down then it’s a long walk to the top especially at the end of a long day sightseeing.

“Comfortable and pleased with the location too.”
+I was very comfortable in a specious, well appointed room and private bathroom, extremely cleaned with lush bedding! It was located in an upscale neighborhood closed to attractions, easy access to public transportation.
−I liked everything

+Estaba muy limpio, la persona que nos recibió fue muy amable, el lugar está bien ubicado
−La cama era incómoda, antigua, soñaba mucho al acostarse y durante la noche mientras te das vueltas, nos despertábamos con el ruido de la cama
