+· Great location: Very close to public transportation in a pleasant neighborhood with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. · Modern apartment: Located in a secure residential building, fully renovated, with 3 bedrooms and a well-equipped shared kitchen. · Excellent amenities: The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. · Cleanliness: The place was very clean, and they even changed our bed sheets during our stay. · The host: Arrived quickly and was very helpful, using Google Translate since he only speaks Italian.
−· High price / Value for money: The price is quite expensive, which feels unjustified given the lack of a real, standard breakfast. · Misleading breakfast: Instead of breakfast at the apartment, you get a voucher for a nearby café (coffee and a pastry/drink). · Unexpected city tax: Booking stated taxes were included, but we had to pay an extra €6 per person, per night, upon arrival. · No mobile signal: There was no cellular network reception inside the apartment, though the Wi-Fi worked well.

+Beautiful modern apartment. Location could not be better, right in the heart of Naples with great access to the Metro and local Tram. Owner was most accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.

+Mi sono piaciuti gli interni nuovissimi e molto puliti. La struttura è dotata di una cucina nuova oltre ad avere tutti i fonfort in camera. Nei pressi ci sono tanti locali frequentati da persone educate e socievoli. La struttura si trova in una zona "VIP" di Napoli

+La struttura è posizionata in una zona del vomero molto tranquilla,dove abbiamo trovato facilmente parcheggio sulla strada della struttura Disponibile anche parcheggio accanto il cortile della struttura. La camera è accogliente e soprattutto di una pulizia impeccabile,segno che quest'ultima sia il biglietto da visita dell'host. La signora Agnese é stata disponibile sin da subito,rendendo il nostro soggiorno perfetto. Ci ritorneremmo volentieri.

“Guter Ausgangspunkt in guter Gegend”
+Super gelegen, um Neapel zu erkunden: Metrostation und 3 Funivias quasi ums Eck. Ruhig gelegen in einem Innenhof, jedenfalls unser Zimmer. Am Vanvitelli-Platz um die Ecke viele Cafes und Restaurants, eine gehobene Gegend. Das Fort St. Elmo mit grandiosem Blick über Neapel ist auch nahebei, ein guter Einstieg in die Stadt. Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten angenehm und die Gastgeberin freundlch und jederzeit über Whatsapp zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt.
−Es ist schade, dass man garkeinen Ausblick hatte: unser Zimmer, im Erdgeschoss, hatte Milchglasfenster und ging bodenbündig auf die Einfahrt hinaus, also garnichts zu sehen. Aber wir waren nicht viel dort, Neapel bietet so viel...
