“Lovely traditional building with courtyard and amazing staircase. Quiet.”
+Ideal for a night before heading to port. Read the arrival details as your phone is the key . Nice walk to harbour. Old style Naples building full of character.
−Tricky to find in the dark late at night.

+Nothing.
−When my two children and I arrived at the mansion, there was a man sleeping in my room; my children were so tired that they slept on the floor in front of the room, and there was no toilet or way to contact the mansion.

+I’ve stayed at Maison Angelina twice, and both experiences have been lovely! The host is very friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent, close to the city centre. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the place feels just like home. I also appreciate the breakfast, snacks, and the option to make my own coffee. Great hospitality and excellent value for money. I would happily stay here again!

“The location did not feel safe.”
−The place was located behind a busy market, where you had to push through the crowd. Afterwards, you had to cross a courtyard and go up a stairwell, both of which were very poorly lit. I did not feel safe at this location.

+Convenient location.
−Had to pay to use the lift, check in instructions unclear and difficult to locate the building - no obvious sign.

+I would not have booked this property if I had known in advance that I would have to provide an exact arrival time. I received numerous messages insisting that I specify exactly when I would arrive, with the explanation that otherwise there would be no staff available to give me the keys. I found this quite surprising, especially since I wondered why they couldn’t simply use a key lockbox instead. Even after I provided my arrival time, I was contacted at least three more times through different channels, repeatedly asking me to confirm the exact time and even to provide my flight/train details so that they could track my arrival. Then, just a few hours before arriving, I finally found out that there was actually a key lockbox. The whole process was unnecessarily complicated and stressful.

“Non fatevi illudere dalle belle foto di presentazione!”
+Unica nota 'positiva' la vicinanza alla stazione Centrale
−Tutto...l' host menefreghista ed arrogante,la sporcizia,il' armadio rotto,i disservizi,il check in difficoltoso,i problemi sopraggiunti e non risolti,il restare senza luce nel bagno per tutto il soggiorno,l' ascensore a pagamento e non segnalato in fase di prenotazione
