+Nice room, and the way it's set up is nice, because one has access to a communal fridge, kettle, tea bags etc. super friendly and communicative staff, their recommendations were great. I was able to hang around the common area after check out time, as my train didn't leave until the afternoon. Wifi worked well :) I loved that they have actual bed sheets and covered quilts as opposed to just sheets and a universal blanket that isn't changed after every guest (the latter seemingly being the more common model in Italy, alas). Good soundproof windows, doors and walls - hurray!
−Very squeaky bed and floor... Bit of a walk to the train station and seaside (maybe 15 mins?), but if you didn't do a long-distance run the day before it's probably totally fine. :)
