+I liked that the room was spacious enough for me to stay. It wasn’t cramped in there. The bed was comfy. I was able to check-in late which was good. The bathroom was a really good size so that was an additional benefit.
−I wanted to get something printed out and the staff in the night shift said they would charge me 20p but then the morning staff said it is ok. So there was discrepancies there. Also the lift wasn’t working and my room was on third floor so after a tiring day I had to climb 6 stairs to reach my room. When I turned on the shower in the morning it had a very weird smell at the start which threw me off a little.

+Everything was amazing! Professional staff at check in, lovely room to stay in, the room was so nice and warm on a cold night, fantastic facilities. Then check out was straightforward with professional staff with really nice manners. I would absolutely stay again! I’m so grateful to this hotel for such a lovely experience.

+The room has all necessary amenities, was clean and is reasonably priced and well located within proximity to good brunch restaurants and transports to central London and Brixton. The staff were all very friendly.
−Walls could do with a lick of paint as there are some scuffs all over the place. We strayed in the ground floor and there is a tricky step as you come out of the lift which could be a hazard
