+Super confortable beds, pillows and bed linen. Mosquito net everywhere. Nice and calm location. The place, rooms and bathrooms are super clean. Breakfast is simple, but great. Excellent value for money. Administrator answer questions and provide support trough whatsapp.
−There is no proper 24h reception desk. Boy that does reception job might take some time to show up and dosen't speak much english. I didn't know how to turn on the hot water, no clear instructions in the bathroom. No air conditioner.

−i asked for airportpickup which is at the going rate $35-40. At the airport a guy met me but then we walked about a mile to a bar outside the airport during which. time he called the hotel owner to come pick me up so i then had to wait an hour for him to show up to finally give me the ride. Rinky f***ng dink. there are much better options. also they lock you in at night with no way of getting out

“Would highly recommend, especially if climbing Kilimanjaro”
+The host was amazing and extremely helpful. We came off Kilimanjaro a day early and they helped arrange a room last minute. Prior to the hike, the staff were friendly and helpful with organizing a meet up with our tour company

+Clean environment and very nice ambience, free to cook and with all the appliances needed! Wifi works wonderfully and the security guard is an outstanding passionate of the universe in case you want to have an interesting swahili conversation!!!

“This place has potential but it’s not ready yet”
+This hotel is quiet and comfortable to stay at and we loved having access to a kitchen with food processor. However, while the photos depict otherwise, this is an unfinished hotel as of late-December 2024. We do have to give credit to the owners, they fixed everything we reported not working and even installed a ceiling fan to our room.
−The hotel pictures and reviews don’t match up with reality. This is an unfinished hotel so there are fewer furnishings than the pictures show and it doesn’t feel homely. The back of the hotel hasn’t been landscaped like the front so you can see piles of rubbish and dirt. There was little privacy in the bathroom with large vented windows that are very easy to see inside, especially at night. No wifi yet and no breakfast served (these were not promised in the hotel description but were alluded to in the reviews). All of these criticisms will hopefully be solved once the hotel is complete.
