“So Much Promise So Short on Delivery”
+Quiet, safe neighbourhood. Close to M4 metro stations. Cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. 30 min flat walk to Duomo. Breakfast buffet was mediocre but the à la carte ham and cheese omelette was very good.
−Room has some significant issues. Floor boards bulging and moved considerably when stepped on throwing you off balance. Bath did not drain well very slowly probably blocked. Shower would not stay in a position to shower in. Air conditioning controls don’t work or didn’t have any impact on the performance of the unit. Impossible to follow or operate room safe instructions. Paper thin doors and walls. It is always a “red flag” when you find complimentary ear plugs on the bed side table. No complimentary water - go to the supermarket nearby and pay 27cents and be charged 2 euros for the mini bar water. Not asked “how was your stay on check out “. Now you will know why. Overall disappointing for the cost of the hotel.

+The hotel is located in a nice quiet area, with great restaurants and bakeries nearby. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was lovely, especially Klarish at the reception, who was so friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m in Milan.

“Very good value in good location”
+The room was clean, comfortable and stylish. The bathroom had a real bathtub which my wife really enjoyed. The WiFi worked. The snacks in the minibar were included except for the beer. We liked the easy access to the M4 Metro to the Linata Airport.
−The only issue we had was that the room was a little small for our taste for two people.

“Très agréable”
+Le personnel est super gentil et la literie est hyper confortable
−Pour un établissement de cette catégorie, il manque par exemple une prise USB dans les chambres.

“Soggiorno rilassante”
+Non è la prima volta che vi soggiorno. Posizione perfetta per quelle che erano le mie esigenze ma comunque ottima con la metro a poca distanza ed il centro raggiungibile anche a piedi. Zona molto tranquilla e all'apparenza sicura. Colazione ottima e varia. Personale estrmamente gentile e disponibile
−Le camere non sono piazze d'armi ma dotate di ogni comfort ed accessorio. Forse non il migliore come rapporto qualità prezzo ma comunque nella media dei prezzi di Milano.
