+Location, clean and functional apartment. Giulio is very helpful and responsive whenever needed.
−Sound insulation inside the appartment. We can hear everything from the other room or from the shared kitchen.

+Excellent value for money! The owner was very supportive, friendly, and always available to help with anything we needed. The apartment is conveniently located close to the main bus and metro stations, as well as the city center. Although simple, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including Wi-Fi, a private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. We had a late flight, and the owner kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out, which was very helpful. Breakfast was also good, with coffee, tea, milk, and cakes available. Overall, a great value for monney, with everything you need and a very helpful owner. Highly recommended! .

+The owner is very kind. The room was clean and very nice.
−The area seems very sketchy and unsafe. This is not the owner fault but we weren't able to enjoy our stay. The kitchen is shared with the other guests that, in our case, ate most of the food for breakfast so one of the days there wasn't much left for us. The elevator is at the end of some stairs so be ready to lift your luggage.
