“The quality of the stay fell well short of what I would expect for the price paid”
+Location was easy to get too. The water pressure of the shower was good and hot. The TV unit had good access to different streaming platforms.
−The floorboards creaked throughout the room with every step and noise from upstairs was easily audible, including footsteps and creaking floorboards. The hotel is located on a busy road and the windows provided very little sound insulation, making external traffic noise noticeable throughout the stay. The main entrance door felt flimsy and did not provide a strong sense of security. Additionally, the pillows had an unpleasant odour and appeared unclean, as though they had not been properly washed. I was also advised upon arrival that the main bathroom light may stop working and that I should use the illuminated ring light around the bath mirror as the primary source of lighting for the bathroom. The outlets by the bed was positioned behind it so you have to rely ont he sockets on the opposite side of the room. The towels provided appeared old, worn, and stale.

−Bedrooms need updating, showers were not power showers very low warm water, no fridge i. Room The room had no ac bedroom mattress could do with updating could feel the springs

+Quiet location, the beds were comfy. Interesting and quirky bar/ breakfast area downstairs. Staff were very helpful.
−Shower didn’t work great, location was fine but it was abit of a walk if you have got heavy suitcases. Note that there’s not an elevator so again if you have heavy suitcases this is worth being conscious of. The staff did help us though!

“Amazing value for money”
+What a wonderful place....not what I was expecting but pleasantly surprised. The location is brilliant for Wembley Stadium as your a short walk to the tube and then 3 stops to Wembley. The rooms won't blow you away but they do the job. Overall I think it's excellent value for money.
−It's very creaky and old but in the most part clean. I think it could benefit with a little more of a tidy up. It's great for one night but not sure on longer stays if I'm honest. In saying that I'd be back for one night of there is a gig going on a Wembley.
