“Pretty , close to campus lots of amenities good food but too pricey and small beds”
+Amenities were great. It was beautiful. Good location staff nice food good .
−Expensive I was ripped off booking .com charged me 358 w tax my friend for same room paid 150! Also our beds were small full beds they should be queens too small and the pillow cases smelled not washed like someone slept there and they didn’t clean . Would like a partial refund .

“Excellent stay, great location”
+Location, spacious room, accommodating staff, cleanliness and amenities
−There was a distinct mold presence in the lobby, possibly due to recent flooding and rainfall. Fortunately, that was not the case in the room. I hope this can be remedied soon.

“Hotel prices are steep these days but the bill was as expected.”
+We did not have breakfast. Even though we were staying there, it seemed to indicate that it would be $10-20 per person.
−The door to the rooms was heavy, perhaps for safety reasons but was it ADA compliant?

+Check-in process was pretty quick/easy. Shuttle offered to the event was great. Room was clean and bed comfy.
−No free breakfast offered. Price for the room was OUTRAGEOUS (gouged because of the AC/DC concert). Shuttle from the event left much to be desired. They weren't prepared to handle number of people who needed pick-up. Took us over 2 hours after concert ended to get back to hotel (2.5 miles away)

“Great place to stay”
+Very nice hotel, very clean. All staff members we interacted with were fantastic. We would defintely stay here again.
−The restaurant's (the hub) hours are 11am to 11pm. I would have loved a sit down option for breakfasy. There is a Starbucks with breakast food options available.
