“Obscene”
+Nothing
−I'm sorry to say this but you can't take money and not give at least the minimum acceptable, that is, a bathroom that works. The toilet didn't work, accumulating everything on the toilet. The shower didn't come out. The floor was flooded. To say it was a disaster is an understatement

“Bad”
−The worst place I've been to in the Philippines so far. Located in the back of a fish store. The room smells musty. I was given an old towel that looked like a floor rag. The shower in the room didn't work. I had to wash myself in the toilet in the hallway. When I asked for toilet paper the lady said it was a Hostel and that I had to buy my own. The air conditioning was like an old lawnmower, forget about falling asleep. Better pay a little more and find another place. I had 6 nights and ran away after 2. I was disgusted to go back there.

“Expensive. A slum . Not good value”
+Location
−Honestly . I have been traveling all over the world and one of the worst bedroom I had . 3 m x 1.2 including bathroom. No shower gun, just a bucket . Flush half working so I had poo floating for two days , with a nice stinky smell . Rat outside . I don’t mind low budget , and I have seen worse . The issue is the price : 32 aud for that ? RIDICULOUS . They should not charge more than 10 aud . Bad value for money

“Pleasant”
+Located right next to bus terminal and within a 2 minute walk from the beach of Coron Coron. WC and shower in room, bigger bathroom also available in reception area. Basic room, OK for short stay.
−Very old building and no daylight in the room.
