“Set in the heart of Florence, walking distance to key attractions, a fantastic room”
+This place is directly on the Piazza which is central to everything. The room itself is a decent size and has everything you need. I really liked that the outer doors used a pin #, not a token. The guy who did the meet and greet was friendly and helpful.
−There was no lift. I had to my luggage up 2 flights of stairs to the 1st floor. I dont remember seeing at there was no lift?!? Finding the place was complicated. Please provide pictures of location & door to make it easier.

“Great (if not slightly noisy) location, very helpful staff, terrible pillows!”
+The li action is great. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.
−The pillows are terrible!! The shower isn’t great either. Unfortunately management is stingy with the toiletries.

+Loved the location, communication/staff, luggage drop off, and room. It was clean and aesthetically pleasing! The valet was also very convenient!
−The room was above the huge entry door so we could hear that throughout the night. And the valet wasn’t the smoothest but the staff helped a lot!!
