+The pool is easily accessible.
−We had a continuous problem with fruit flies in the bathroom around the bed. Our room was huge and no furniture, not even a spot to put our luggage.

“Bad at first, not terrible otherwise. 5/10 stay”
+Unbiased review - gave this hotel a shot for the decent price and facilities they had. Called the day before our stay, they confirmed a 3pm check in wouldn't be an issue, but told me to call back the day of to make sure. Called at noon the day of, they said it wouldn't be an issue but I have to call back at 3pm. Got there and called, they said they have no rooms available till 4. I asked if they could call me when it's ready and the front desk guy said "no I leave at 3". Only after booking another hotel, and calling back twice after telling me I couldn't get a refund did they finally say they had a room ready. Very disappointing customer service, rude and lazy staff (besides Alexis, she was the only reason we ended up staying here. Other than that the stay was alright, rooms are dated but clean and accommodating. Very cool pool/facilities areas. Solid 5/10
−Rude staff, disorganized management, dated rooms and building which are undergoing renovations.

“Bed bugs”
+Location was good for the airport and lots of food options
−I believe my sister has bed bug bites from our stay. People were definitely smoking weed in their rooms and when the AC would kick in I could smell it in my room. I’m pregnant so that was extremely unpleasant. Children running around late and past quiet hours.

“We will not be going back.”
+Pool area has a lot of potential
−Pool heater was broken and area was filled with bugs. Bathroom facilities had slow drains. The entire floor we were on was under construction- as in debris outside our door, in the hallway, by the elevator with men walking around hammering etc until almost 10pm at night.
