+Great location! Tokyo Station is less than 10 minutes walk away which makes day trips super easy. And you’re well connected to most subway lines too.

+Comfort, amenities, location, small details, tech, staff. Small and extremely well designed rooms. The perfect stay for people who value function over status. Metro and 7/11 a minute's walk from the hotel.
−Tried hard but didn't find anything.

“Cute place, clean business district and a close walk to starion. Boutique feel small clean rooms Very nice laid back s”
+Everything…I had booked a much more expensive hotel initially at the station and then backed out at the last minute and booked three rooms here for my stay with teenage kids. Rooms are tiny but a very fun experience for the family. Clean rooms. Staff was very friendly, not stuffy and were helpful. Location was great…close walk to train station…lots of restaurants nearby. Very business feel in the neighborhood. Very clean and not a any junky souvenior shops etc. not a busy area. Train station is nice to mill about and has nice restaurants…nothing like US trash heap train stations. :). Kids walked all over on their own and we Ubered to other areas that we were sight seeing i.
−I hate the phone booth size indoor smoking areas but I understand it the law there. Just wish Japan didnt treat smokers like literal dogs in a cage.

+Adored the location of Lyf Ginza, the staff were so helpful, loved the quirky decor and the room although quite small was perfect for what we needed. The bed was super comfy, and the free amenities were a lovely touch.
