“We had a lovely time and our stay was restful and safe.”
+We enjoyed our stay in Lisbon and especially the old town. There was lots of restaurants to choose from. The train station was outside the hotel which was great. The staff were so friendly and helpful.
−The security door to our floor did not work twice. A member of staff changed our security number and it finally worked.

“Not a great start to our holiday”
+The location was ideal for our stay
−When I made the booking, I requested a twin room. When we arrived we were early I was told they didn't have a twin room but could pay an extra 40€, I refused and then told they had an adapted room that had twin beds, which we agreed to, and would come back at 14:00. When we returned, we were told the room wasn't available and they didn't have a twin room unless we paid the extra 40€. It was either paying the extra money or losing the full amount and having to find another place to stay. Once checked in, the access doorcode to the corridor was wrong, so we had to go back down to reception Then the door battery to the room was dead and couldn't enter. Then lastly the hairdryer wasn't working..
