+Location was fine, it's a bit out of the city, but only half a block to the beach, in more of a residential neighborhood. Felt like the neighbors were locals, rather than tourists, which I appreciate.
−The AC in the room wasn't working, and partially because of that, the room had a funky smell. It was much hotter inside the room than outside, so I had to open the windows, and the curtains, to get a breeze. My room was on the first floor, so it didn't feel private or super secure with the windows open but it was too hot to sleep with them closed. Also, I messaged with the owner repeatedly about the AC, and spent hours troubleshooting it with him via text. It was a waste of my short time in Bari. Also, for context, I am a real estate agent and manage 13 properties, so I understand how HVAC systems work (and when they don't.) He sent a technician who cleaned it, but said it needed a part that wouldn't come in until after my visit. I him at least three times to ask for a discount, for the inconvenience, and he repeatedly ignored my texts. He did the same when I reached out to him through Booking.com. I was also really disappointed that Booking didn't do anything to resolve the situation, besides sending me back to the owner who repeatedly ignored me.

+The host was great. He always checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Property was clean, secure, and just across the street from the beach. It's away from Central Bari so we took a taxi to get to the center of the city. That was ok with us as the location was quiet and there was a great restaurant a block away. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

+Es b uen ligar para estar. Playa muy cerca. Centro algo lejos. Si vas con auto, ningún problema.
−Pocos comercios cerca. No hay tampoco en la playa lugar para gtomar ó comner algo.

“Une belle découverte”
+Lit confortable, super salle de bains, petite cuisine pratique, livraison chaque jour de café, jus et petits gâteaux pour le petit déjeuner, et surtout gentillesse du propriétaire ! Nous sommes arrivés là par "accident" suite à l'annulation de notre vol, sommes restés 3 jours sur place avec les conseils bus et restaurants donnés par Beppe
−- Réveil chaque matin vers 7h par le personnel d'entretien qui passe l'aspirateur et déplace les meubles dans les appartements au-dessus 😣 - Chambre un peu plus encombrée que sur les photos car lit 1 place + petit canapé + penderie non visibles sur le site - La fenêtre de la chambre, au rez-de-chaussée, donne sur la cour intérieure donc aucune intimité possible

+Welkom heten van Peppe met een fles rose , alleen moeilijke communicatie vanwege gebrekkig engels dat was jammer . Wel goed communicatie via whatsapp
−Ontbijt en het grote raam in onze douche wat uiteindelijk de douche / wc van een andere kamer aan de andere kant van ons bleek te zijn , wij hadden kamer Polignano .
