+The property is very close to the town centre, so only a 3/4 minute walk to local shops etc and train station. As we were staying to attend a concert at Wembley, this was really convenient and only 3 stops away from Wembley Park station. Leaving the concert, all the crowds were getting trains back into London, so ours heading back to Harrow was empty with no long queues.
−As the positives were great for the reasons stated above, i really wanted to like this place, but there are flaws! Parking is an issue, we only got an answer to our parking request the day before and was told our car was too big. We actually only paid £20 for 3 full days at the shopping centre up the road. Room is very basic, and that's fine when you only really need somewhere to sleep, but mattress appears old and very uncomfortable. Noise from the neighbours was ridiculous. Screaming and shouting from house next door early in the morning, loud music with lots of bass Friday night. Not the hosts fault, but something to consider! Toilet had also been used before we arrived and not flushed. Cleaning seems to be a common theme from previous reviews. To be honest, room is looking very tired now, either needs renovation, or not to be advertised as luxurious.

−No toilet rolls, no tea towel. Dirty windows. Tatty creased bedding and no pillow protectors. Exposed wire in bathroom. Basic decoration / finishes.

“Fantastic location and great communication”
+Superb location for Wembley!! We were really impressed, just a few minutes walk to the bars and shops, and plenty of choice. Wembley Stadium just a few stops away on the Tube too. Quiet road. We would definitely recommend !! Great communication too :)
−We were only there 2 nights, but one thing I did miss, was having another bed side table. But I am being picky now!

+We liked the location to local shops and bars. Easy access to travel links.
−When we arrived our "paid" parking space was taken. The host did supply us with a ticket to park in the street, but we had to park 3 streets away. I did not expect to park a high valued car 3 streets away at roadside. I wanted off road parking which I had paid for. We did get our space on the 2nd day - eventually.

+Lovely little studio flat. We stayed here as we were watching Bruno Mars at Wembley and the location was fantastic. Short walk to tube station straight to Wembley and travelling northbound after the concert meant we missed the queues at Wembley Park. Comfortable bed, two fans which was ideal in the warm weather, microwave and kettle in situ and decent sized bathroom. Even a little outside space at the rear available. Owner was helpful giving us directions to the tube station.
−Check-in time is not 3pm as stated on booking.com, it is actually 4pm with absolutely no wriggle room as according to the owner they have ‘been experiencing glitches’ on some websites they use (even though this property was booked shortly after we got tickets for the concert in Feb and it stated 3pm check-in at that time) and they had to keep to ‘a tight schedule’. When we arrived at 4:15pm, the owner was still inside cleaning and told us he had been delayed due to the power being off however, miraculously it was working again in time for our arrival. The futon was very very uncomfortable, absolutely rock hard to sleep on and the bottom sheet provided didn’t fit. Tried to sleep on top of the duvet to soften it but that didn’t work either. Recommended to owner to provide mattress topper that can be placed on when setting up as I refuse to believe anyone could get a comfortable nights sleep on it. I stripped the bedding that I had used on the sofa bed in the morning (something that I always do) and the actual duvet was filthy. I didn’t strip the bedding off the main bed as I didn’t want to see what my daughters had slept on. Sheets and duvet cover/pillow cases were clean though. Ther

“Great location but would not stay again.”
+Location is fantastic, 5 mins to Harrow town centre & train station, great access to Wembley with both trains & bus. Check in process was really smooth. Interior design was nice and had great lighting.
−If you're above a UK size 20 or heavily pregnant don't stay here as you will not fit into the shower, I could not get through the doors and friend could but then could not close them. She also said the temp of shower changed continually during shower. Advertised as having Aircon, there may have been somewhere in the building as it felt mildly cool in the hallway but there was no Aircon in the room itself just a cheap fan. Had heating so probably ok in winter. Bed very uncomfortable, 2nd night I slept upright on the sofa. Everything looked clean but friends feet were very dirty when she came out to main room after shower, was able to visibly leave a footprint on the sheets afterwards.

“Comfortable, great location and friendly host”
+Good size room, comfortable and clean with a very well kept shared kitchen, the fridge was such a bonus on a hot day and the host was really friendly. Great location for Wembley visits, we will choose this place again if another Wembley event comes up for us.
−With the heat we really wanted a cold shower but couldn’t get the water temp to lower very much, also making the bathroom extremely hot. Having the front room on bottom floor we got disturbed by deliveroo drivers delivering to other rooms a few times, could maybe do with a sign on the door asking them to ring their customers and not disturb that bottom room? :)

+Jonathan was very helpful and very efficient shower was ok not that powerful bed was comfy slept well and I would recommend it for wembley stay but use the bus or jubilee line as ubers are 30/40 one way thankyou to the host for everything you did for us 😀
−Just the shower needs a power shower really but thats a preference

“Perfectly perfect!”
+The apartment was exceptionally clean and the beds were super comfy. There is also a Tesco round the corner if you need supplies. Loads of room and the host answered my messages quickly :) What would make it even better would be to have maybe some tea/coffee and milk for a cuppa. I didn't bring any as in a mega rush and then looked for some when we got back late and realised there wasn't any. No biggie just thought it would be a nice touch. Other than that it is amazing!
