−Facilities very lacking….a coffee machine that was pointless as no pods in the room to use it, floor in the bathroom very uneven(floorboards moved) couldn’t even shut the bathroom window as it was stuck(rusted) open 2 teabags and 1 milk portion for the few days there very poor Smell of damp throughout…..never a single member of staff when tried to call regarding getting code for entry was hung up on several times before receiving a message

“Do Not Touch!!!!! Zero hygiene!!!”

−Zero hygiene!!!! Please go by the reviews!!! Bed linen never even cleaned, stains all over. Mattress soiled needs tipping Entrance up the room with a strong wee smell. Sofa bed stained. Next to no plug sockets Bathroom disgusting toilet unclean Shower head just dangling... We literally checked out after 2 hours and found somewhere else!!!

−The room is not cleaned properly. Holes in walls with nails sticking out. The entrance way stinks of urine. The room with the sofa bed was stained. The shower head was just dangling from the shower unit so if you had a shower you would have to hold the shower head up directly over yourselves. Reviews clearly don't lie in regards to this place! Bedding had not been washed, mattress highly soiled along with dead "critters on the mattress". Yes it was cheap for the week but hygiene is zero!!! We checked in on Monday 19th and it was only a couple of hours until we both decided we couldn't sleep here. So we left and went somewhere else. Please check the reviews as they don't lie 😞

−Didn't get the code to let me into the building, seems this is a common thing as 2 other groups turned up whilst I waited both with the same issue. When finally got the code, I went into the foyer which smelt like stale urine so I turned around and walked straight back out as if that is what the 'welcoming' foyer is like, I didn't hold much hope for the state the room would be in.
