“Lots of incorrect reviews.”
+Location was okay
−The sofas were filthy, and the shower was run-down and dirty. There was no duvet cover on the blanket; instead, they just placed an extra sheet underneath so it wouldn't touch our body, which felt extremely unhygienic. When I tried to get a blanket from the wardrobe, it had no cover either and was completely covered in hair, so we couldn't use it. As you can see in the photos, the inside of the oven was covered in disgusting stains (luckily, we had no intention of cooking in Rome). And unfortunately, the most infuriating part: it's obvious this isn't a 5-star hotel and is a budget-friendly place, but out of basic human decency for guests arriving in the middle of the night who can't find an open market, you could at least leave a few sheets of tissues (people actually need to use the bathroom). If I had known that the two most basic elements of hygiene,toilet paper and soap,would be missing from the room, I would have never stayed here.

“⚠️ TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - DO NOT RECOMMEND”

−My stay at Lux Appartamenti from 28th to 31st was extremely disappointing. In fact, the conditions were so unacceptable that I decided to leave after only two nights, despite having originally booked until the 31st. The most serious problem was the air conditioning. Both the lounge and bedroom air-conditioning units were essentially useless. They made an extremely loud noise but did not produce cold air at all. With temperatures outside reaching 42°C, the apartment became unbearably hot. I could barely sleep and spent the nights extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the problems did not stop there. The apartment was also in a poor state of cleanliness and maintenance: - The blinds were extremely dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned for a long time. - The bathroom walls were dirty. - The kitchen bin was filthy. - The bathroom sink was blocked. - Overall, the apartment did not feel properly cleaned or prepared for guests. There was also a very unprofessional situation regarding the city tax payment. I was specifically instructed to be at the apartment at 11:00am so someone could come and collect the tax. I waited, but nobody arrived until approximately 11:40am, despite m

+The location is perfect for sightseeing, with both bus and tram stations just a short walk away, making trips to the Colosseum incredibly quick and easy. There are supermarkets nearby, which were perfect for grabbing quick snacks and local restaurants.
−Our 3-night stay was very disappointing. The air conditioning did not work at all in 36°C heat, and the host did not help when we asked for a fan. We could not open the windows because of warm air and mosquitoes. Also, the bed was uncomfortable, and the kitchen had no cutlery. Very uncomfortable stay with kids and not worth the money.

+Apartamento tem tudo o que precisa. Super equipado. Cama excelente, chuveiro excelente, cozinha excelente.Processo check in pelo celular, rápido. Do lado da Termini e perto do metrô Lodi. Supermercado e farmácia do lado. Relação custo benefício excelente. Se estiver em dúvidas, não hesite. Vale muito a pena.
−Somente como sugestão, trocar a tv por uma smart e disponibilizar duas taças de vinho. Mas para nós não fez diferença isso.

+La ubicación y el apartamento estan muy bien! Tiene todo lo necesario, aunque necesita un cambio de colchón y de sofas. Hay algunos muebles y espejos rotos que con poca inversion mejoraria considerabmemente !!!
−El colchon es muy incómodo, con malformación que hace que te caigas hacia la mitad. Tiene poco grossor por lo que acabas con dolor de espalda. Hay algunos desperfectos como la puerta de un mueble que se podria arreglar y mejoraria la sensación y valoracióm del paetamento. Puea tiene todo lo que necesitas para cocinar y la ubicación (teniendo en cuenta lo grande que es Roma) esta muy bien. La comunicación con las 2 estaciones de tren son estupendas, metro, tranvia y bus !

+La ubicación. Las líneas principales de bus y tranvía muy cerca. Buena iluminación, con grandes ventanales.
−El baño, un WC con mucha altura. Sofá algo incómodo. Y el poco comercio de alrededor para ir andando.
