“Beautiful hotel and great stay”
+The room was beautiful. The staff very friendly and helpful. Organised for us to go to the cultural dance and martial arts and then onto dinner after, with Tuktuk transport both ways. Brilliant breakfast, and then organised for us to get a taxi all the way to Varkala (6 hours away!) We also left our headphones in the room and they’re posting them back to our UK address for us. Really couldn’t ask for more

“Nice room with great view and a wonderfull garden.”
+The room is nice in the middle of a cardamom plantation. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden. The breakfast was good and there is a great restaurant just about a 100m down the road called “Chira”. Arun, the manager is a very nice person who always helped us and made sure we have everything. He is a big plus for the mansion.
−It is a bit far from everything, without being totally in the nature since there is the main road just front of the house, so a bit noisy during the day. But nothing disturbing, during the night there is much less traffic.

+Tucked down a quiet driveway over a small river bridge, Lush Acres is a genuinely beautiful property surrounded by lush gardens and flowers. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with a lovely open-air breakfast pavilion where the host's mother prepared delicious home-cooked breakfast - curries, eggs, fresh breads, and good coffee. The staff who manages the property gave us excellent local recommendations that shaped our whole time in Thekkady, including Abraham's Spice Garden. More rural than a town hotel, which is exactly the point , this is where you come to slow down. A gem.

“Peaceful and comfortable stay”
+Spacious and clean room and bathroom, nice view of the tea plantations. The property manager was very helpful.
−No in house full time kitchen - but a good restaurant is 10 min away by walk. It's a little far from the main attraction.

+I had a very good experience here. The service and assistance were excellent. The staff were always standby to help us. That day I was not feeling well, and I asked the manager where I could get some porridge. Surprisingly, the manager personally prepared porridge from home and brought it for us. They also gave us lemon green tea for my stomach upset and took great care of us. Their caring and hospitality level is truly top-notch. Thank you so much for the kindness and excellent service. Highly recommended.

“Farm stay: Best place to have a relaxing staycation”
+Good location. Away from the hassles of the town. Surrounded by cardamom and tea plantations. Major tourist spots in accessible distance. Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Tasty homely breakfast. Very supportive staff and management.
