“Best place to stay and soak up the beautiful surroundings”
+We had the most wonderful and relaxing time at the beautiful hotel!
−Minor thing, but the shower was missing its head so the pressure wasn't great

“Treat yourself”
+The area is amazing, we stayed two nights after 4 days of hiking in the cold and we did not leave the terrain. The food is amazing, the wall to the waterfalls are great. But our "tent" by itself was luxury in the forest at its best. Salento is also a really nice village, we understood that many people did not dare to visit the town because of the earth quake, but please go here! You will not want to miss this and you do not notice anything from the earth quake.

+Living outdoors with comfort, variety of beautiful nature and animals(mainly birds) at your doorstep. Wifi isn’t the best, but this makes you put down your phone and laptop for once. Wellness was really good, they bring you martini’s in the hottub. Staff was very helpfull and friendly! Hikes nearby, we did a 15km jungle loop (if you start from Lumbre It’s actually 22km, you can take transportation to the start but we are to cheap to pay for transport if we’re hiking that day anyway)

“Spectacular”
+This felt like a bucket list place to stay. We visited for our honeymoon and it has given us the most incredible memories. The staff were so friendly and attentive and added to the 5 star feel of this place. The actual lodge was spectacular. Waking up to the amazing views, having breakfast delivered to our room, doing yoga on our terrace and laying by the fire - we felt truly at peace here and wish we could experience it all again. The bedroom and bathroom are beautifully decorated to a high standard and very comfortable. We ate at the restaurant where we had delicious food which is very reasonably priced and they have a selection of board games/cards which you can use while you have a drink/food. We visited shortly after the earthquake and this did not affect our stay at all. The local area is up and running as normal and there was no point we did not feel safe here. We would recommend staying here to everyone and hope we have the chance to return one day!

“Great place to relax!”
+The property is in the beautiful Cocora valley, the nature is simply stunning and you feel at peace the moment you arrive. Location is great as allows you to enjoy the Salento area while being immersed in the nature. The facilities are good and very well maintained. Also the staff is very nice and available.
−They refused to cancel and refund the reservation despite the earthquake has impacted the area. It is true that fortunately the property had not damages and city of Salento was only marginally impacted but Pereira is the main airport to get there and it was closed - not allowing refund was unfair considering we had to over engineer our trip and spend huge amount of time travelling to arrive there. Also food quality is way below standard for such an expensive hotel.

“Beautiful cocora valley retreat”
+Stunning place. Diego and all the staff were so friendly and helpful, giving us tips and advice about which coffee farm tour to get and the cocora valley hike. Waking up every morning to birds and sipping cocoa tea looking at the sky was a highlight. Would recommend staying here for anyone looking for a gorgeous little nature retreat whilst in Colombia. The waterfalls were also a highlight!! Thanks so much to the team for a truly memorable stay!
−Nothing. Loved it

On a aimé à 100%.
