+Great staff, very warm, welcoming and helpful. Food was also good and filling.
−There's construction happening around the hotel so it's noisy.

“Fantastic stay! The greatest staff and the most stunning rooftop”
+Everything about this place was WONDERFUL! It is located 10min away from the airport so it was easy to get there after a long flight. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, especially Larissa at the reception who took care of me since day one, she helped me with everything, from exchanging money to arranging transportation for me to Lake Kivu and so on 😍Denise the supervisor was also very helpful during my stay giving me her personal number just to make sure that I will arrive to my destination safely 🥹 The pictures of the property are very realistic, the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the rooftop is FANTASTIC, the view and food are to die for! I would highly recommend this boutique hotel and i would definitely stay there again.

Long temps d'attente au petit déjeuner .
