+It’s a really clean opulent and spacious room near the main train station and city centre of Bari. It’s a private room in an apartment which is fully automated. The owner is really helpful and provided us with complete instructions beforehand to access and operate the property. They were available on phone even during odd hours when we got stuck with the automation. Highly recommended if you need a comfortable stay.

“Dark and I booked a balcony for some outside space ,the sight of 3 air con units and back of buildin”
−Not as described entrance shabby, lift very very small . Communication with the host very poor and getting in was not easy Vikey check in link . The inner court view was different !and balcony furniture unusable. Toilet seat lid kept coming off and the 2 hand basins plugs didn’t stay down so shaving was difficult Unfortunately we have booked another 3 nights at the end of the holiday 17th to 20th , already paid. Not looking forward to the stay.

“Short stay, met our needs”
+We arrived late (midnight!) and left early in the morning so we used it only as a quick stop before heading to Matera. The room is large with a decent sized bathroom. The room was reasonably clean, and the bed was comfortable. I think for our purposes and for the price it was all we really needed, so was good value for our needs on this occasion. Its not far to walk from either the train station or the city.
−The entrance/access at night is dark, and the foyers (ground and room floor) look run down - we were concerned we weren't in the right place!!!!! Does not look inviting at all, but the room is fully functional and met our needs.

“Fab”
+Location and room itself. Comfy bed, great shower. Good space and fridge with water etc. good we also had small balcony
−Change of towel and bath mat could have been quicker as most places we are used to having fresh towels daily. Or even every second day would be good.

+Convenient location to the train station
−Check in was a challenge as this is not a hotel as such. It is an apartment rental like air bb. You must have an operating cell phone to get in as everything is done remotely. Consequently, I would not stay here again.
