“Will definitely be going back!”
+Lovely and relaxing atmosphere. Wonderful hosts - Ziv and Keren! The Bistro was excellent with a good variety of choices each night.
−The pillow was not my favorite, but to be fair, I did not ask if they had others.

+Lua de Caldelas is perfectly located to enjoy the beautiful countryside. Karen and Ziv, hosts, we're very helpful and ready to answer any questions we had. The breakfast was fantastic. The hosts had their breakfast with guests every morning , so are available to offer helpful tips. We had a double room with a balcony which offered great views of the mountains. Short walk into town. We ate one night at their Bistro and the food and wine was delicious.

“Confortable authentique et hôtes très attentionnés”
+As our stay and explorations progressed, we fell more and more under the spell of this establishment and its hosts. Everything is tastefully designed : a natural, elegant, and charming decor, an authentic atmosphere, and hosts of a truly delightful simplicity. A special mention goes to the breakfast, featuring excellent quality products. A wonderful discovery that charmed us a little more each day. Thank you very much and see you very soon!!
−What surprised us a little at first was that our hosts didn't speak any Portuguese at all, even though Caldelas is a small, authentic town in northern Portugal. We were there with my 87-year-old father, who didn't speak English. For him, this was sometimes a little frustrating and made communication more difficult. But, as the days went by, we appreciated their efforts and their genuine desire to communicate. Thanks to their open-mindedness, their adaptability, and the attention they pay to their guests, we are certain they will progress quickly and soon feel increasingly comfortable speaking Portuguese.

+We had a really lovely stay here, the kind of place you feel like you want to return to, even while your're still there. Would highly recommend this, loved the wonderful breakfast very fresh , a really yummy start of the day and a delicate dinner , bursting with flavour. A special mention for owners Ziv and Karen who are excellent hosts!! Decor of the house and rooms is also a must!! See you soon. Catarina e Márcio

“Beautiful stay in Caldelas!”
+It was a very nice and memorable stay in a beautiful and charming village with a lots of history. The hosts were super nice and always eager to make us feel at home! Totally recommend the hot tub with a nights sky and mountain view. The breakfast buffet was exceptional!

+O espaço é muito bonito, a decoração top. Quarto muito limpo e confortável. Os anfitriões são super disponíveis e atenciosos. O pequeno-almoço é excelente, se pudesse comia aquela granola e aqueles pães caseiros de pretzel todos os dias da minha vida!

“Superbe”
+L’accueil par Ziv et Karen est trop bien. On sent qu’ils ont envie de partager leur amour de la région et ils le font tres bien. La chambre est magnifique et le resto est très bon. Nous recommandons cet établissement
