“Quaint accommodation for a great price”
+Location is great. Easy walk to the harbor, rivulet, and many cafes and restaurants. Kevin is very kind and made a delicious breakfast every morning. I appreciated that it was included in the cost of the stay! Bed was comfortable as well.
−The building is cute and clearly a bit old. Some of the interior rooms could be updated a bit. I used a shared bathroom and the shower flooded the bathroom floor if you used it for a longer shower. But honestly it is a quaint building and it’s a good value.

“Would come back in a heartbeat”
+Kevin is an excellent host. My room was upgraded free of charge, and although it is an older Victorian style building, the amenities were perfectly fine. Breakfast was awesome and Kevin cooks to order! I really enjoyed the location and the feel of the place and the price was outstanding. Its an old home with character, so there are a few squeaks and a bit of wear, but really for a stay in the city with a car park you cant get much better!

+Kevin is such a fantastic host. You will struggle to find someone and enthusiastic and accomodating, with genuine knowledge and tips of what to do and where to go. The breakfast/coffee in the morning is a bonus. Thanks, Kevin!

“Very run down, needs some maintenance. From outside it looks like an overgrown abandoned house, he is also building extr”
+The host Kevin is a funny character and cooks you an awesome breakfast of bacon, eggs and fried tomatoes and onion. Does cafe coffee and as much as you can drink 🤩 Beds were very comfortable and radiator heaters worked a treat as the rooms were cold
−First appearance of being an abandoned run down house and the heaters could have been on warming the room before we got there

“Don't be fooled by the outside appearances!”
+Kevin is very nice, sweet, and accommodating. He makes you free breakfast every morning and is on call whenever you need him. He even gave me a half price discount when I needed to extend my checkout as my flight is in the evening. Highly recommend this place if you don't mind the appearance on the outside. It has quite an atmosphere actually. It seems like the place is undergoing renovation. But the inside is neat, spacious, and cosy! Kevin didn't mind me inspecting the room first before paying too! He's very genuine with good intentions at heart. I would definitely stay again!

−Fabrication of the "so called" room was very poor...totally unfinished...far too expensive for what it was ....3/10.
