“Bothered by the mold and musty smell.”
+Bed sheets and towels were clean. The bed was comfortable. House in a quiet residential area. Good written communication from owner. Access to a kitchen and living room.
−Strong musty smell in the basement suite, especially in the kitchen. Mold visible on the shower grout and joints. Not suitable for people with allergies to mold. From the basement bedroom, one does hear noise coming from upstairs. Not clear before booking what type of accommodation it is. A hair dryer in the bathroom would be useful. Also instructions on how to adjust the tv volume would help.

“Nice Room in a quiet neighborhood”
+I didn't expect the house to be so nice. I could rest very well sleeping there although it got a bit busy and noisy in the morning from early hours because I guess they rent several rooms of the house. I would still recommend for a short stay :)
−I though it's a shame we can't use the washing machine. That would have been very usefull for a backpacker like me :)

“Comfortable enough for a couple of days and good value for money.”
+The room was clean and comfortable. The house was quiet and easy to check in/out. Good value for money.
−We had the shared bathroom. The shower was clean and had good water pressure, but there was a lot of dust on the shelves. There was a strange smell in the house, but fortunately, it didn’t get into the room. Also, you need a car to get there, as there is no public transit nearby.
