+It's a cozy guest house in a quiet neighborhood. There are grocery stores, pharmacies, currency exchange and other urban facilities within walking accessibility. The house has a spacious yard with a few tables which are covered by roofs. In the yard with tables, there are plants as well. It's clean and has a kitchen.
−- Water boiler is too small. You have to shower very quickly if you need hot water - The place where you take off shoes before entering the room should have a longer carpet. Otherwise you are stepping on pavement and bring even more dirt in the room which makes taking shoes off pointless.

“Good stay, good place in Osh”
+The garden is nice and cool on hot days. Being an hostel it was nice to be able to chat with other travellers. Location is walking distance to the main streets (10-15min). There is a small basic kitchen for cooking.
−The owner is super kind and nice, but she is a little disorganized. She can offer many services (permits, etc.) and activities (e.g. cooking class) but nothing is properly advertised. So ask ahead of time she might be able to assist.

“Lovely place”
+It’s more like a hostel. Very beautiful garden, good bed, great shower. Super cute kittens! Staff very caring and responsible.

+The friendly helpful people, including the owner via phone link. The beds and bedding were adequately clean
−There was much room for improvement in cleaning. A hoover would help. There was a lack of sockets in the room and dining room. People kept talking in the general outside our room until midnight, when yet another new guest came in. He then had a noisy phone conversation with the owner.

+We left without staying a night, the staff was uncomplicated and did not object.
−What was advertised as a "bungalow" was just a small open tapchan that was pretty dirty.

+The hostel is quite ( exactly what you need after a long hike) very central and very close to a variety of shops . The host has been so welcoming and so helpful. Highly recommended
